In Slovenia and Bulgaria, youth centres piloted a peer-led model using FamilyEdition videos and activity guides. Teenagers were trained to lead family-friendly sessions, encouraging participation from younger children and parents.
Youth leaders gained experience in facilitation, communication, and inclusive practice, while participants enjoyed relatable, fun, and casual environments. The model proved cost-effective and sustainable, and several youth centres plan to continue running FamilyEdition clubs independently.
