Offering cost-effective, simple ways to stay active at home or outdoors.
Promoting mental health and resilience through physical fitness.
Building inclusive communities by engaging diverse groups, including refugees and minorities.

Who Benefits?

The project targets a wide range of groups, including:
Families with children of all ages.
Single-parent families.
Families from marginalized communities, such as Roma families and Ukrainian refugees.
Local authorities, educators, and sports organizations seeking to promote active lifestyles.

We envision a future where sports and physical activities are not only a source of health and joy but also a way to unite families and communities. By providing the tools and support families need, the Fit and Healthy – Family Editionproject aims to create a ripple effect of wellness and connection across Europe.
