As the project funding phase concludes, partners are ensuring that the FamilyEdition resources — including the app, videos, and handbook — will remain available and in use. Many schools, NGOs, and municipalities have expressed plans to embed the model into existing programs, including family support, physical education, and community health. The free, open-access nature of the resources means […]
During the summer and early autumn of 2025, FamilyEdition was presented at several national and international forums, including sport-for-all conferences, Erasmus+ events, and local government assemblies. Project representatives shared tools, best practices, and policy recommendations focused on integrating family-based physical activity into mainstream health and education strategies. The approach received strong interest from other organizations looking to replicate or scale […]
In Slovenia and Bulgaria, youth centres piloted a peer-led model using FamilyEdition videos and activity guides. Teenagers were trained to lead family-friendly sessions, encouraging participation from younger children and parents. Youth leaders gained experience in facilitation, communication, and inclusive practice, while participants enjoyed relatable, fun, and casual environments. The model proved cost-effective and sustainable, and several youth centres […]
Dozens of families across the partnership shared testimonials and personal stories, many of which were published on the project’s social media channels. Parents reported that the project helped them break out of sedentary habits, reconnect with their children, and discover new forms of joyful movement. Quotes like “This project brought us together, not just physically but emotionally” and “My son […]
Municipal partners played a leading role in raising visibility for the project through community events, health festivals, and educational campaigns. In several cities, public spaces like parks, town squares, and libraries were used to host FamilyEdition demos, movement sessions, and app presentations. Municipal staff described the project as an innovative example of cross-sector cooperation — connecting sport, education, […]
A major achievement of the FamilyEdition project has been the active participation of Roma, refugee, and low-income families — groups often underrepresented in physical activity initiatives. This was made possible through translated materials, visual learning formats, and direct collaboration with community mediators. Feedback from Bulgaria, Greece, and Slovenia shows that these families felt respected, seen, and included. Many […]
Teachers in Slovenia and Greece have begun integrating FamilyEdition resources into after-school programs, morning warm-ups, health classes, and parent–teacher events. Educators report that the content is clear, adaptable, and fun, with a positive impact on both students and families. In some schools, FamilyEdition “movement minutes” have been added to weekly schedules. Others use the app during family […]
In the final months of the project, all partners launched coordinated digital outreach campaigns to promote the FamilyEdition app. Through school newsletters, flyers, WhatsApp groups, QR posters in public parks, and local events, hundreds of new families discovered the mobile platform. The app offers family-friendly plans, video tutorials, gamified challenges, and tracking tools in four languages. Monitoring data show daily usage […]
The FamilyEdition weekly movement plans are gaining popularity among families in all partner countries. Designed to be flexible, screen-light, and fun, these plans require no special equipment and can be completed in parks, living rooms, or schoolyards. Families reported increased quality time, reduced screen dependence, and stronger motivation to be active together. Parents especially appreciated the ability to choose from age-appropriate […]
As the FamilyEdition project approaches its official conclusion, the practical toolkit developed through the program is being actively distributed across municipalities, schools, and youth centres. Local educators, trainers, and health promoters are embracing the FamilyEdition Handbook, which includes step-by-step physical activity plans, inclusive sport ideas, and weekly movement challenges for families. Initial reports show that families—particularly those with […]

The FamilyEdition Program and digital platform are being finalized for pilot testing with selected families in Bulgaria, Greece, and Slovenia. This stage is crucial to gather feedback, improve usability, and ensure that the tools we’ve created are truly helpful, engaging, and easy to follow.
Our first set of educational videos is now live on our official YouTube channel: @innovativetransferofknowledge. Watch practical, motivating family workouts, complete with instructions and tips from professionals. These videos are part of the upcoming FamilyEdition mobile app.
We are proud to include families from diverse backgrounds, including Roma communities and Ukrainian refugees living in Bulgaria, Greece, and Slovenia. Their participation ensures the project’s inclusivity and relevance. The feedback from participants will help us shape better, more adaptable sports activities.
The project’s strength lies in the close cooperation between the partners. Regular online meetings, shared content creation, and national outreach campaigns have helped maintain strong momentum. Local stakeholders, such as schools and sports clubs, are becoming increasingly engaged in the process.
We’re excited to launch the official project website: www.familyedition.eu! The platform is the central hub for project updates, resources, and learning materials. Families will soon be able to access video tutorials, practical guides, and health tips—all completely free and available in multiple languages.
Our expert teams began shaping the FamilyEdition Program, which will provide clear, step-by-step guidance on family-friendly sports and wellness routines. The program will feature warm-up tips, suggested weekly schedules, and inclusive activities suitable for all backgrounds and living situations.

The first online coordination meeting brought together all project partners. We discussed timelines, assigned responsibilities, and developed the first draft of the FamilyEdition Program. The meeting set a strong foundation for collaboration and ensured alignment of goals and communication strategies across the three countries.
